The Big Nine 80 has been designed around a sleek TFS III frame with prestigious accompanying components that broaden it's capability, while remaining in reach for the average adventure thirsty MTB rider.

Differing slightly from the Big Nine 60, this 80 is fitted with Rockshox Judy TK 100mm suspension forks and also a refined shimano Deore Shadow+ 10 speed gearing system, eliminating the right shifter for a less cluttered cockpit. Rolling on large 29" wheels that swallow up every nook & cranny, accompanied by Merida's very own K1080 2.2" tyres.

"More relaxed geometry, through a shorter top tube and a higher head tube, resulting in a more upright riding position and enhanced trail visibility. Brand new and sealed in a box. This Bike will arrive to you 80% assembled.

Fitment of pedals, stem handlebars, front wheel & saddle is required, as well as a general check over and tighten of all fixings on pre-assembled parts (spoke tension, crank nuts, rear wheel nuts etc).

The brakes & gearing may need adjustment as part of the bicycles assembly and general servicing after initial use and throughout ownership. We strongly recommend professional assembly & servicing if you dont feel confident with bicycle mechanics.
