Brand new and sealed in a box. We strongly recommend professional assembly & servicing if you dont feel confident with bicycle mechanics. This bike will require final assembly at home. You will need to: twist the handlebars, attach and adjust the seat, attach the pedals, attach the front wheel, attach any accessories (lights bells mudguards etc), index gears, check brakes, final bolt check and pump the tyres.
