Phantom Balance bike with internally illuminated polycarbonate frame, 12 pneumatic easy roll rubber tyres, steel spoke rims, toddler size clear handgrips, black saddle with handle, front and rear LED light inserts, front reflector, adjustable seat height for the growing child and adjustable handlebars. Batteries not included. Note: Each light insert requires 3 x AAA batteries.
