What size bike do I need?

Adult bikes are measured in frame size while kids bike are measured in wheel size. Adult bikes range from 14 inches to 23 inches. Kids bikes range from 10 inches to 24 inches. When it comes to road bikes they are measured in CM. This can help you know what bike your ordering. Please see out helpful size guide to assist you in making the best choice for you. The measurement of the frame is from the centre of the crank to the top of the downtube

How long does my bike take to arrive?

If your bike is in stock you can order your bike for the very next day if you order before 1pm with Express Shipping (excludes weekend deliveries). If not you are normally looking at the next working day dispatch. If we are awaiting stock or within peak times it may take 3-5 working days.

Do I need to build the bike?

Fortunately your bike will come 90% built. When the bike arrives you will need to remove the packaging. Install the seatpost, the handlebars, pedals and front wheel. When fitting the pedals please ensure that the pedals go in the correct side. Please refer to the manual or to our useful videos on how to build the bike. Once built the bike will need some adjustment so please ensure you are thorough or have it looked at by a proffesional before riding.

What tools do i need to build my bike?

Some basic tools will be supplied with your bike. The tools that you require to build your bike include a bike pump ideally with a gauge. Then a 10mm Spanner, 13mm Spanner & 15mm Spanner along with a 4mm hex key 5 mm hex key and 6mm hex key and a crosshead screwdriver.

What do i do if i have issues in building my bike?

If you are not sure on how to build your bike or having issues we would recommend taking the bike to a professional, or alternatively you can contact a mobile bike mechanic who may be able to come to you house to assemble the bike. We will be happy to try and assist over the phone before these steps are taken though

What if my bike has arrived damaged or parts missing?

If for any reason the bike has arrived damaged or missing any items, please take photos and contact our customer services team either via email or over the phone. Depending on the issue we are able to send out missing or replace any damaged parts.

I ordered 2 bikes but they have not arrived together?

From time to time due to the size of the bikes we often have to send them via different couriers if they are different size bikes.

How often should I service my bike?

Depending on how often you use the bike we would recommend that you check your bike 4-6 weeks after purchase as there is a bedding in period. At this point you will need to check the brake and gear cables as these may have stretched and adjust the brakes and the gears. It is also advisable to check your spokes and the crank bolts are tight. This is very normal and is expected. After that, depending on usage we expect 6-12 months. Bikes contain a lot of wearable parts that needs maintaining and replacing once worn.

Should I clean my bike?

You should clean your bike regularly. To ensure to longevity of the wearable parts these must be cleaned and lubricated often to slow down wear. Bikes are best washed using a bike cleaner and soft brush and warm water and cloth to dry. Avoid using a pressure washer or high powered hose as these may cause damage to the internal bearings. Also when coming in from the rain dry off any steel components and will be prone to surface rust if left wet for long periods.

Something doesn't feel right with my bike?

Did you complete the 4-6 week check? It may be that if the bike is new it is still "bedding in" and we recommend repeating the processes. If the bike is a bit older it may mean that your bike is due its first service. We can offer servicing options for any bike if you are local enough to us, or any local bike shop should be able to support you

What warranty does my bike have?

The bike frame with have a 5 year warranty and the mechanical parts have a years manufacturer warranty. This only covers manufacturing defects and not what would be considered normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

What are classed as wearable parts?

Wearable parts would include, chains, cables, cassettes/freewheels, brake pads, pedals, cranks, bottom bracket, tyres and inner tubes.

Ordering replacement parts?

If you require replacement parts for your bike you will be able to find most of those on our website, If not please email us and we can provide a quote for you

Can I return my bike?

If you are unhappy with your bike you are able to return the bike within 30 days for a refund as long as it hasnt been used.

Can I get a refund?

Once the bike is back with us and proccessed in our warehouse we will process your refund.

How long do i have to return my bike?

Where can I get a bike box from?

You should always retain your original packaging for the 14 day returns period but if you do require a bike box to return your bike, you would be able to go to a local bike store or a Halfords and see if they have any boxes they no longer need. We would suggest contacting them before hand in order to put one aside for you.

How do I re-box my bike?

When reboxing the bike please ensure that you only remove the pedals, front wheel and the handlebars. Please ensure they are wrapped securly and tied to the frame. Like when they arrived. That will stop the parts moving around the box and causing any damage. All bikes will be inspected to ensure that there is no damage upon return. If we are collecting the bike we will need a photo for our courier purposes and to ensure packaging if sufficient

How long until I get my refund?

Once your bike or item is back with us we will process the refund. The refund will be refunded back to your orginal payment method and will show in up to 5 working days.
