What size bike do I need?
Adult bikes are measured in frame size while kids bike are measured in wheel size. Adult bikes range from 14 inches to 23 inches. Kids bikes range from 10 inches to 24 inches. When it comes to road bikes they are measured in CM. This can help you know what bike your ordering. Please see out helpful size guide to assist you in making the best choice for you. The measurement of the frame is from the centre of the crank to the top of the downtube

How long does my bike take to arrive?
If your bike is in stock you can order your bike for the very next day if you order before 1pm with Express Shipping (excludes weekend deliveries). If not you are normally looking at the next working day dispatch. If we are awaiting stock or within peak times it may take 3-5 working days.
Do I need to build the bike?
Fortunately your bike will come 90% built. When the bike arrives you will need to remove the packaging. Install the seatpost, the handlebars, pedals and front wheel. When fitting the pedals please ensure that the pedals go in the correct side. Please refer to the manual or to our useful videos on how to build the bike. Once built the bike will need some adjustment so please ensure you are thorough or have it looked at by a proffesional before riding.
What tools do i need to build my bike?
Some basic tools will be supplied with your bike. The tools that you require to build your bike include a bike pump ideally with a gauge. Then a 10mm Spanner, 13mm Spanner & 15mm Spanner along with a 4mm hex key 5 mm hex key and 6mm hex key and a crosshead screwdriver.
What do i do if i have issues in building my bike?
If you are not sure on how to build your bike or having issues we would recommend taking the bike to a professional, or alternatively you can contact a mobile bike mechanic who may be able to come to you house to assemble the bike. We will be happy to try and assist over the phone before these steps are taken though
What if my bike has arrived damaged or parts missing?
If for any reason the bike has arrived damaged or missing any items, please take photos and contact our customer services team either via email or over the phone. Depending on the issue we are able to send out missing or replace any damaged parts.
I ordered 2 bikes but they have not arrived together?
From time to time due to the size of the bikes we often have to send them via different couriers if they are different size bikes.
