What are we doing to minmize the risk of spreading the Virus?
Beyond supplying great products at great prices, our main concern is the health & safety of our customers & of course our staff. Following the recent UK Government's advice regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, many establishments & companies have temporarily closed or altered working hours. We however are still trading and sending your orders out as usual, and in order to do so we have put the following necessary health & safety proceedures in place to give our customers the safest possible service.
- Office deep cleaned & sanitised
- All bicycles in our showroom cleaned & sanitised
- Gloves & sanitizer supplied to our walk in customers
- Gloves worn by our mechanics when assembly & repairs
- Staff to wash & sanitize hands regularly
- Increase consciousness with social distancing
We are still welcoming walk-ins & test rides at our Midicy Oast site, however we ask that any customer also takes the above into consideration in order to get through these strange times as quickly as possible.
Cycling doesnt involve much human contact or confined spaces, so get out on 2 wheels!
