The Elswick Canterbury Ladies Heritage Bike includes 6 easy to use gears powered through a Shimano rear derailleur to provide reliable gear changing and Shimano 'E-Z-Fire' thumb shifters for hassle free riding, letting you tackle any urban terrain with ease. The wicker effect basket mounted from the handlebars is ideal for transporting shopping and adds a sense of continental class to the Canterbury. The frame is finished in a beautiful baby blue finish with design picked out through cream polka-dot detailing. Front and rear full-length metal mudguards protect you from dirt thrown up from the pavement, whilst the matching full length chainguard provides protection from the chain for your on-trend clothes. The subtle design elements from the frame are enhanced by the chainguard design, which mirrors the prints seen on the high-street this season.
The Canterbury is beautiful and stylish. Non-slip platform pedals provide re-assuring grip due to the rubberised inserts. The Canterbury feels fresh and vibrant, with 700C low-profile smooth-rolling tyres complementing the chrome wheel rims, seat-post, brakes and swept back handlebar. Reliable braking is provided courtesy of the front and rear V-brakes which supply controlled braking power through the reach-adjustable brake levers. As we know comfort is important to you, a wider Elswick leather effect comfort saddle is supplied as standard with complementing ergonomic dual density soft-touch grips. Brand New Sealed In Box This Bike Comes Part Built. Fitting Of Pedals, Stem Bars, Front Wheel, Front & Rear Brake Cables & Saddle, As Well As A General Check Over And Tighten Of All Fixings On Pre Assembled Parts (Wheels, Crank Etc).
The Brakes Will Require Some Adjustment Once They Have Settled In.
