Once your order is received we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days and you will receive a notification from us, and the carrier confirming these details
Standard delivery orders should arrive within 1-2 days from dispatch. Express delivery orders should arrive with you the day following dispatch (courier dependent)
Items Requiring Assembly - Please check early
For products that need assembly, we do advise that they are thoroughly checked to ensure all components are with the product itself. We do have a small window of 2 days from point of delivery in which to raise claims with couriers for any damage that may have occurred in transit so it is imperative that the product is checked upon arrival.
Should there be any issues please do email us with a full explanation of the problem and supporting pictures. It is rare to have issues but we do need to draw this to your attention for obvious reasons.
