Rather than the classic drop-down gear levers, the Viking Eclipse Alloy Road Bike features SL-A050 bar mounted shifters instead for those who like to remain upright when changing gear – ideal for those less comfortable remaining in a road-like position. The 14-speed gearset provides ample of ratios for taking on the hills to powering the flats and you can ride the bike comfortably on those leisure weekend rides.
Built on upon an Alloy road bike frame, helps to keep the weight down for improved speed and ease, while the hi-tensile fork provides nicely weighted steering. Fitted with an alloy double wall 700C wheelset provides a lower rolling resistance of absorbing the miles and helping you to maintain momentum, and equipped with 700C x 23c road pattern tyres providing good levels of grip. Promax alloy dual pivot brakes provide effective stopping power and are easy to maintain.

CONDITION AND SETUP
Brand new and sealed in a box, this bike comes part built. Fitting of pedals, stem handlebars, front wheel & saddle, as well as a general check over and tighten of all fixings on pre-assembled parts (spoke tension, crank etc). The brakes & gears (if the bike has gears) may require adjustment as part of the setup and once they have settled in. Further adjustments will need to be made over time to the bicycle to ensure ongoing safe use. We highly recommend a professional completes the setup for you if you are not confident of doing this yourself.
